July 21, 20179 yr Who are the top 10 Jaguars ever? Active players included. Didn't want to leave @GrizzlyAdams hanging.
July 22, 20179 yr 10 years down the road number 1 will be Jalen Ramsey for sure that being said.... my list goes like this.... 1. Fred Taylor. He was the reason I became a Jags fan so he's number one in my heart. The game against the Steelers where he ran wild is one of my favorite memories as a sports fan. 2. Tony Boselli. You could make an argument that he should be number one and I could agree from certain points. Had his career been extended by 3 years he would be in discussion as one of the best LT of all time. 3. Jimmy Smith. The best WR in the history of Jacksonville. Wasnt the fastest or the biggest but was so smooth when running routes. 4. Mark Brunell. The best QB in the history of Jacksonville. Love the lefty slinging it all around. 5. Maurice Jones-Drew. You could argue he should be higher and that is okay. 5'6 guy that just made plays. Goodness I miss the running attack Jacksonville used to have. 6. Keenan McCardell. Another one of my favorite players. Paired so well with Smith. He is actually the WR coach for Jacksonville this year too. 7. Tony Brackens. Probably the best defensive player in the history of Jacksonville, at least for now. 8. Brad Meester. One of the lone bright spots in the past 10 years on the offensive lines. 9. Josh Scobee. Yes a kicker. He tailed off at the end of his career but he was solid for 10 years in Jacksonville. 10. Donovin Darius. Wouldnt be allowed to play this day and age with how he hit. Was an absolute terror in the secondary.
July 22, 20179 yr I loved me some Fred Taylor and also a huge MJD fan. Top 6 were strong. I remember reading quotes not too long ago about Freddy T's running style. He could cut on a dime then bulldoze you over. The human body wasnt supposed to be like that and eventually it caught up to him.
