I am not as familiar with Rom, but I can tell you that Ben France is the real deal. The headline of the story may be a little misleading. While Ben was very good on the mound this year he also played a very good 3rd base and also played some innings at 1st base. He also had a very impressive year at the plate. As a senior he was a leader on and off of the field. Just a complete player and a great young man. Good luck at Dayton next year!.
