Player hits a fly ball or a pop up in foul territory, fielder goes over to make the out but bobbles the ball and it lands in fair territory without landing foul first, does that count a fair ball (hit) or a foul ball?

Ex: F5 has his feet in foul ground but ball is over fair territory when he touches it. Fair.
