Bottom line, make everything as simple as possible minimizing deductions and loopholes so that all people within the same tax bracket pay as close to the same rate as possible. If we can accomplish that without an AMT, that is fine, I just don't think we can accomplish that without an AMT. A disparity of a 35% to 15% rate for business owners should not be allowed.
