Ammons ran for three touchdowns and threw for two. Don't know for how many yards. FC's defense looked very good. If defense continues to improve as well as special teams this team will be tough to handle late in the year.

No. 19 Franklin Co. 34, Anderson Co. 0: Senior quarterback Kaelin Ammons threw for two touchdowns and added another three scores on the ground to lead the host Flyers in a game that was called at halftime.

 

Ammons completed 10-of-16 passes for 132 yards, and had 153 yards on eight carries.

 

The Flyers' (4-1) defense held the Bearcats (3-2) to 62 yards of total offense in the weather-shortened game.
