Yes but they don't want to take ownership on it cause they makes sure to say this is based on a coaches vote so when someone complains they are quick to say coaches vote

One thing is for certain. People are going to complain no matter which poll and no matter who chooses the teams. The CJ feels that this is their best method. It's too bad that not all coaches vote, but that is a coaching choice.
