March 30, 20179 yr 2 years ago today, about this time of the morning (9:00 am as I type this) I was being wheeled into surgery to have my left hip replaced. In some ways it doesn't seem that long, in other ways it seems a lot longer than that. Cheers to the advance of modern medicine. Still has a long way to go in many areas, but has come light years from where it was just a couple of generations ago. As for my hip. it's been a God send. So glad I had it done.
March 30, 20179 yr I have several relatives whom I harped on for ages to get them to have their hip replacement surgeries. To a person, they all lament that they waited so long. I am glad to hear yours is working out well. I am probably looking at knee replacement eventually.

I remember this well. Glad you are doing better. Your surgery was just a month after mine.
