April 12, 20179 yr Author The lawsuit filed by Bardstown mayor John Royalty seeking to delay an administrative hearing over his removal was denied this morning in Nelson Co. Circuit Court. The administrative hearing is going on as we speak, and is expected to last throughout the day and possibly into tomorrow.
April 14, 20179 yr Author Mods, can we change this title to something along the lines of "Bardstown mayor ousted/removed?" The mayor has indicated he will appeal this decision as far as he can. The question is whether he can afford the attorneys' fees going forward.
