When the Brown’s first signed Hawkins I really liked the signing but he never really made a big impact he had games here and there.

Injury bug got him. He was a solid #4 receiver.

Bengals didn't fight too hard to keep him when he left the first time. Not sure they'd go out on that limb as second time.

 

I think he's too little to catch passes from a QB as inaccurate as Dalton.

The Browns way overpaid Hawkins which is why the Bengals let him walk.

 

I am all for bringing Hawk to camp but beyond that no promises.
