Drivers Who Hit Protesters Purposely Blocking Traffic Are Immune From Civic Liability

I'm curious...what would be your tipping point?

 

- Protesters just blocking road

- Protesters start walking towards your stopped vehicle

- Protesters surround your vehicle (but not touching it)

- Protesters start pushing on your vehicle

- Protesters climb on your vehicle

- Protesters throw things at your vehicle or start breaking your windows

- Protesters try to open your doors

 

Somewhere in between one or two of these?

- Protesters just blocking road. - Car braking to a stop, horn blasting.

- Protesters start walking towards your stopped vehicle - Car already stopped but start letting of the clutch to slowly roll to let them know of potential to be run over and pulling up shirt and reaching for firearm.

- Protesters surround your vehicle (but not touching it) - Rolling a little faster, gun drawn but pointed down at a safe direction with finger off trigger.

- Protesters start pushing on your vehicle - Start accelerating possible hitting people, gun pointed at protesters but finger still off trigger.

- Protesters climb on your vehicle - full throttle, people being run over and considering if I need to shoot

- Protesters throw things at your vehicle or start breaking your windows - full throttle, person breaking window would have gun pointed at their center mass and possibly shooting

- Protesters try to open your doors - if it got to this point, my car stalled and the person trying to open door would be shot repeatedly until threat of entering my vehicle is ended.
