, this is another 80's band that draws from their "Blues" influences. It wasn't until a year ago that I decided to listen to the whole album and really enjoyed what I heard. During the 80's & 90's I saw the band in concert about 6 times and they were so "SPOT ON" I would have sworn I was listening to a CD, they were that good live.

 

Really love this blusey number, especially the guitar work by Mark Kendall and the slide guitar of Michael Lardie.

Though their sound is decidedly classic rock/blues, it comes across as timeless and not specifically boxed into the era from which it came. There's even the flavor of LZ in there and that's never a bad thing.

 

Saw them with Whitesnake years ago at the Riverfront Coliseum.... great show. Considering that you've seen them 6 times I'm going to bet that you were at that one.
