The Wall (Prime Time Game Show)

Featured Replies

Anyone watching this latest prime time Game Show?

Pretty cool concept and one really big winner in the first 3 shows...$1.3 Million Dollars.

If you've not watched, a couple plays with one answering questions to win "Balls" and the other deciding where to drop them on a huge Plinko Wall. Missed questions mean balls are dropped that take money away and correct answers mean the balls earn them money.

The one answering the questions is locked away and has no idea how much is on the line...they are offered a chance at guaranteed money (usually around $100K) or taking a chance on what was won on the wall. So far no one has taken the guarantee and in three games they have went home with $1.3million, Nothing, and around $600K.

Watched one episode. That did it for me. Leave out the dramatic pauses and just play the game. Plinko with a side plot. I hate manufactured drama. I give it no more than 3 years.

There is a reason the Price is Right, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune have been on the air since the invention of TV. They just play the game. I don't watch those either, but they are still extremely popular.

Yeah, the dramatic pauses suck.

I like the games premise and game play.

DVR makes it easier to watch.
