No shot, because Scott can always say that they support their coaches which is huge. I hopefully get to see these two teams play this year. Its been awhile since I've seen Scotts pitcher pitch, but she's always been fun to watch.

I wish JMU was still on here to say it in his own words, but if I remember right when Highlands was trying to be part of the discussion of the top teams in the 9th REGION he would always say something like "if you want to be the best you have to beat the best". It echoed for years when the Birds struggled against the Boone and Kenton County schools. It is a lot harder to kick in that door of being at the top of the discussion in the 9th REGION than it sounds!

 

It will be interesting to see the schedules and see which teams are scheduling for a great banquet and which teams are scheduling to be tournament ready by the end of the season!

 

IMO the 9th REGION is wide open.
