Final from Owensboro. Holy Cross had their chances late in the 4th. In overtime Apollo scored all their points from the line if I'm not mistaken.

Holy Cross will play Oldham Co at 3 pm in the 3rd place game.

Apollo advances to championship game at 7 pm vs NCC.

I feel like the physical nature of these teams from different areas is giving Apollo a little bit of trouble. Both tonight and last night Apollo missed about 10-12 point blank layups. Credit Cov Holy Cross with contesting every single thing Apollo tried to do. Its been a fun tournament thus far, but Apollo will need a much better effort vs NewCath tomorrow.

Nice to get perspective on hoops from the Boro. We need more posters from that region.

Its a bit of a down year in the Boro, but Apollo seems to have some potential. I don't know if they can contend with New Cath's size, but im curious to see if they can at least hang with them. If they are knocking down shots, they can be dangerous.

Couldn't agree more about needing more posters. Doesn't seem to be much interest in 3rd region hoops around here this season.
