Duplicate thread. But I'm thinking Penn State pulls it out. No real reason behind it though.

Wisconsin, because I think they are better.

 

Yeah, it seemed like Penn State was getting a lot of love just because they beat Ohio State. But, I agree with you, I think the Badgers are the better team.
