If we were talking about a true playoff, there would be no argument. The results on the field would be all that mattered. Obviously, now, that is not the case.

If Penn State beats Wisconsin, things will get extremely interesting. If Wisconsin was to win, there would be an easier case to not select them since Ohio State beat them.
