Before the trial begins and before evidence is presented, you decide guilt? My mom is that way. It's guilty until proven innocent for her. November 22, 20169 yr Scarborough says the decision has been made to not pursue charges against HRC. I'm personally glad that he isn't going to keep riding that train. President of the USA should focus on other areas, even though I'm sure many voted for him expecting him to do it.
