Hard to complain about EOs on the surface. Folks say Obama overreached when the numbers say he didn't overreach enough. Complain about what the EO was about but don't say he abuses his power.

I believe that the Supreme Court struck down the provisions of at least one of Obama's EOs, one concerning the enforcement of our immigration laws.So, yes, Obama did abuse his executive power through Executive Orders, at least in one instance that reached the SCOTUS. A better measure of the use of EOs would be how many of them were struck down by the Supreme Court by each president.

I hope all of the Obama haters hold him accountable.
