Harlan County should have won...had several opportunities.

Plenty of opportunities sure but got extremely lucky on the first TD pass IMO

Harlan County did control the ball in the 2nd half with timely conversions.

 

Pulaski had 2 INT called back because of defensive penalties... that can't happen but survive and advance...
