IMO- Pretty classless move from the Grant County side, leaving all of your starters in until 1 minute to go in the 4th quarter and still passing. When you pull stuff like that, it is usually when a kid ends up hurt from somebody on the losing team taking a cheap shot.

 

I couldnt agree more. I watched Trimble do the same thing against Gallatin Sat. They were still spreading it out and throwing the ball with a big lead in the 4th quarter.

I just so happend to read the Grant County Paper and the coach said the starters were left in the whole game with every intention of scoring more. It was there first homcoming they have won in 7 years. I think he stated it the best.

 

“The JV team played on Monday,” Davis said. “The freshmen played on Thursday. This is the varsity night. My guys get to play one night a week. It's their homecoming and they deserve to shine.”
