Franklin won their two games before the bye by a combined 72-0 score, have three shutouts on the year, and only Greenwood and South Warren have scored more than 7 points on them. To say their defense is rolling along with their offense (38 PPG) would be an understatement. They'll face a Raider team that clinched a return to the playoffs with a 49-0 drubbing of Warren Central last week, raising their record to 3-3 in their last six games. They have lost 7 of 8 against Franklin-Simpson, and in all, only twice beat Franklin-Simpson without Ben Bruni at the helm (5-5 under Bruni, 2-25 otherwise). No result of this game will affect playoff seedings, as Franklin has clinched homefield for the first three rounds of the playoffs and the Raiders are locked into the 4 seed. Can the Raiders high flying offense hold onto the ball well enough to give them a chance, or will Franklin's dominant ground game reign supreme?
