No, they're not. They're not good, but definitely not terrible.

 

They just played with OSU for most of the game. And are coming off of a win at Michigan State.

 

No one is claiming them to be world beaters but terrible they are not.

As for the game, I think Nebraska wins by around 10-13 but a Hoosier upset wouldn't shock me.
