October 17, 201610 yr Author Horrible hunting conditions. Way too hot and windy. The deer just bedded down during the day and moved at night. Saw 3 doe in 2 days. All the activity was at night on the game cameras.
October 19, 20169 yr Took a shot at a doe. Felt like Adam Dunn. A swing and a miss. Did clean the gun last night. As much as it is a pain to do I took my time and really enjoyed it.

October 27, 20169 yr I spent muzzle loader weekend putting in hardwood floors at my sons house. We watched the deer wandering all around his new house both evenings though.
