Bellevue has been Beechwood's toughest district opponent in the 6 class era. This year it is not looking that way. Bellevue stands 1-5 and are a heavy underdog in this one. Beechwood made short work of Newport last week. Is this game going to be more of the same? Can Bellevue threaten Beechwood in this one?

It is disappointing to see Bellevue having such a tough season. Over the past few years Bellevue has been Beechwood's toughest competition in the district.

Bellevue, Dayton, Ludlow are all pretty equal this year but way below Beechwood. This will likely be a running clock at some point.

Coach Rash's respect for kids that play the game will be very apparrent to the educated eye. Running clock probably very early, then holding the reins tightly to allow for opponent dignity and pride. Score will be big, but not nearly what it could be. Love the integrity that Coach Rash continuously displays and injects into his program. A great example for others to emulate.

This year's team may be Coach Rash's best coaching job ever. There were very few returning starters. The team is starting many young and inexperienced players. The line is having growing pains. The Tigers have had trouble running the ball on offense. Despite all that Beechwood's only loss on the year is to the highly ranked 5A Covington Catholic Colonels. The Tigers have wins over 3 teams ranked in the top 10 in 2A plus a win over a team that has been ranked in 4A.
