Last night the OHSAA stripe (timekeeper) when there was 5 seconds left in the countdown,raised his hand and started a count down of 5-4-3-2-1. this way the players and coaches knew just how much time was left to get that play in. Seems a fair way to do it other than just guessing without having a countdown clock on the field
