Do they drop from the #2 spot in Class 3A? Obviously a Corbin win keeps them where they are. However, with 3A in flux and numerous teams still ranked with losing records, does a loss by the Redhounds to Danville automatically mean a drop in rank?

Not automatic. Probably not a drop at all if it is a close competitive game. But, the teams behind them play quality opponents and could get impressive win and jump over them.
