gchs_uk9 Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 It seems like Breckinridge County struggles for several seasons and then throws up an ocassional 8-2 record, before falling right back down. Plus, I think they've had the same coach for about fifteen years. It seems like a 3A school should have more maintained success than they do. Also, I think Valley is much improved over the past few seasons.
SHAMROCK69 Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 The coach has been there 21yrs. His name is Walt Hildebrandt (spelling??). I lived in Breckenridge County during the early 90's and he was the coach then. I thought that he had been an assistant coach at St.X before coming to Breck. Co.
LeatherFace Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 IMO I've never thought lack of talent was the problem @ Breck. Lack of consistency and effort was, the times I played against them or watched them play over the years.
