It seems like Breckinridge County struggles for several seasons and then throws up an ocassional 8-2 record, before falling right back down. Plus, I think they've had the same coach for about fifteen years.

 

It seems like a 3A school should have more maintained success than they do.

 

Also, I think Valley is much improved over the past few seasons.

His name is Walt Hildebrandt (spelling??). I lived in Breckenridge County during the early 90's and he was the coach then. I thought that he had been an assistant coach at St.X before coming to Breck. Co.

IMO I've never thought lack of talent was the problem @ Breck. Lack of consistency and effort was, the times I played against them or watched them play over the years.
