That was a good win for GRC, also the coaches did a good job with team management.The cards put up 31 points, by five defferent players, (3) HB`s , the kicker, and Mr. DB. Thats why we were (8-3) last year, we had a defferent players putting up numbers every week.

The last solid Bryan Station was back in 1999 when they had a guy named Eric Shelton. They made it to the 4A finals that year i believe. Station has athletes just need some time to develope them and get them to click together. Good to see the Station team is on the rise cause the talent is definately there. Congrats to GRC on the win and good luck to Station next week.

 

 

That entire team was loaded, they had Robert and JT Haskins, who both went to Louisville, and they had guys like Ace Withrow and Greg Shiddell and Josh Hurst, who also made all state teams.

I agree that the defense played an awesome game but the speed option play has me a little worried because you know that pulaski is going to see that on the game film. Hopefully the proper ajustments will be made this week in practice to handle that. But once again awesome game from the defense this week.

Sounds like the earth may be back on it's axis after last week's upset to TC.

I actually heard there were parents at the school on Monday, in Winchester, so upset over the loss of how they could lose to TC.

Your information is wrong. TC has a very good ball club this year...they will make some noise this year..as GRC could too.

Wow!! I think some parents have lost their minds!! Clark Co. in its history is 8-23 against TC. If any parents were in the school, they should be embarrassed by their behavior. GRC has a very nice team, and Coach Columbia deserves more than that, he has given his entire life to that school.

I was subbing at school Monday and if parents had come in I would have heard about it, and I didn't. Don't know why some people always want to post negative things about some schools.

 

I agree about Coach Columbia. I taught with him when he was a Math teacher, great teacher. He is now the Junior and Senior assistant principal...great there too, very supportive of his staff. Football coach...one of the best. will he please everyone...does any coach???

The new coach at Bryan Station is getting the athletes out. They have almost twice the number of players out this year as last. But they have to learn the system the coach is running. Bryan Station will be a team to be reckoned with under his leadership.

Bryan station will be back, only a matter of time.
