August 10, 201610 yr If you saw Phelps win the 200 tonight you may have seen him hug Frank Bush afterwards. Frank is from Edgewood and went to Covington Catholic. He coached at UC where he coached Conner grad Karen Turner Chitwood and then went to Arizona where he coached Karen and Mike Chitwood's son Cory.
