Most of Kentucky is in a Marginal Risk area for scattered strong to severe storms later today. They could get started around late morning into the afternoon. The main threats look to be heavy rain and some possible damaging winds. By mid afternoon these possible storms look to be in WKY.

I'm not looking for relief for the heat tonight my man. I need it to be dry at riverbend from about 6-11 PM.

Most of the showers and possible storms should be out of that area between 5-6 pm. The latest radar outlook shows the area of showers more widespread around I-75.

Those in NEKY should be on the lookout for a damaging wind threat later this afternoon. Doesn't look like watch will be issued at this time.

The sky's were overcast for a while this afternoon and it wasen't to bad, then the sun came out and it was almost unbearably.

If the wind lays down it will be extremely uncomfortable.

Looked like a big storm was going to hit us starting about 1:30 in the Bourbon Country area, but it all broke up before it got to us. It's been overcast, hot and humid all day.
