Paducah Tilghman names Roderick Thomas as new coach

Former girls' coach and boys' assistant this past year will take over.

Hope Randy approved!

Coach Thomas will prove to be an excellent hire. Blue Paducah your assumption that Randy Wyatt must give his approval is like others, it is corrupt.

In addition coach Thomas is a former Murray State Racer. He played under Scott Edgar. I expect coach Thomas to bring a brand of tough, hard nosed basketball with a emphasis on defense to the program. Good luck coach!!!

Good hire. Looking forward to see what he can do.

I think it is a good hire as well. He had the girls pressing, pushing the tempo, and more wide open.

The boys could be scary good playing that way.

Not to mention he inherits two young players that are expected to do things.
