No. They have done major upgrades to the club sections, private boxes, concession areas, and now the video and sound systems. When done, the upgrades will tally more than $100 million. Only $28 million is being paid by the taxpayers of Hillsborough County. :irked: I shouldn't complain. The Bucs could have tried to hold us up for the whole shabang and my fellow county voters would have went for it.
