Reds @ Astros (6.17 to 6.19)

Cody Reed is being recalled to start Saturday.

With Reed joining the rotation, I'd imagine that Amir Garrett will get bumped up to Louisville. Not sure what's left for him to accomplish at Pensacola. He's been lights out.

Lamb, Reed, and Finnegan, the three players brought back in the Cueto deal, will start the three games in Houston this weekend.

Finnegan looks to be a good one. Reed looks like he will be as well. Lamb doesn't belong on a big league roster.

Lamb pitched pretty well last night as Reds win in extra innings. DuVall with a 430 foot triple.

I don't think Lamb will be on the roster once Bailey gets healthy.

Loved what I saw of Reed today. Pitched pretty well, but made two costly mistakes and they made him pay with the HRs.

Reed was outstanding today. Dude just seems to have the "it" factor.

And that's something he'll absolutely learn. The margin for error at this level is zero, and he got a first hand reminder of that today.

Reds down 2 to 0 in the 3rd. I thought this would be a decent chance to win with Finnegan pitching so good lately.

Reds and Suarez with yet another bone head stupid base runner blunder that took the Reds right out of an inning. What are these guys thinking. Little Leaguers don't run bases like that. Plus, Suarez did not even slide. Just gave up!!!!

So did I. I thought Reds have good chance in Houston but the Offense has not been that good this weekend.
