The first one says 9 years ago. So probably during the 2007/2008 season.

 

Tried to find unedited original but it did not jump out with some basic searching. The full version will probably show up soon or is out there if one knows where to look.

 

I hate equivocation of candidates on one issue. But, it seems on this issue, HRC and DT are not so different (at times).
