In and of themselves, they aren't bad trades. You've gotta look at trades from two perspectives though. How does this help me, and how does it impact the other person?

 

With you having Miller, Bell, and Charles, there is no way I make a trade with you for any of them. Even if you trade away two, you still have a keeper worthy RB, and now I've just given you multiple high impact draft picks to go with it.

That's one way to look at it. I do like the fact that I can fill out my starting QB, RBs,WR's and 2 solid backups in the first 74 picks if you count the keeper rounds.

When you look at how it stacks Rocket's team though, well it helps him more than it helps you IMO.

If he doesn't get someone as good or better than LB with my 3rd Round pick, I don't see how it makes the trade that much better for him than me.

Because after the third round, you're going to have 2 players on your roster. He'll have 4. Those extra two players he has are going to be better than your 3rd and 4th players assuming he uses the picks wisely.

And that's what I mean. There's no excuse for you not to have a dominate roster.

I've been in the Championship 3 times, with 1* in 7 years. I'm the example of consistency. I've never been in the bottom 4 and think I finished in no mans land just twice. I'd say my win % is top 3 in the history of the league.

The number of players you have is "irrelevant" if they don't perform. You can start a full roster and not score any points. He will have more players to start, but two players can be outscored by one any given week.
