Coach McCoy was the head coach at Magoffin County from 2006-2012

He took over a program that was 27-72 with no playoff appearances in the 10 years prior.

In 7 seasons, Coach McCoy's Hornets went 30-46 and made the playoffs 6 out of 7 seasons. He never quite had a winning record at Magoffin, but he was always right on the verge of it.

He returns back to the team he played for, and coached as an assistant for several years. This program needs some stability and I hope Coach McCoy is just what they need to get back on their feet.

Can't comment on his coaching but do know that he's one good dude. Good luck to him at SC.

Will they play any team from West Virginia?
