futurecoach Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 He has agreed to come back to be the secondary coach again. Someone said this in another thread. Marvin does do a good job at going out and getting good assistant coaches. Marvin is known to be a players coach, but he also seems to be a coach that coaches like to work for. Probably because Marvin has done a good job at getting his assistants promotions to bigger jobs.
theguru Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 I am glad Coyle is coming back. We lost a lot of coaches this year but I am thrilled with the amount of experience we were able to bring to the Bengals coaching staff. And I agree with your overall sentiment fc, Marvin does a great job with his coaching staff.
NKY Bandit Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 That didn't take too long. Seems like a 'grass isn't always greener' kind of thing for some of these guys. Next hire needs to be a big splash for the DL. Losing Jay Hayes will hurt that group.

He has been in the league forever and has worked under some big name coaches. They also hired a QB coach already too. He was the offensive coordinator for the Dolphins last year but was let go when Philbin got fired.
