03/04 season, I believe...Holmes' big man Lexi Brown broke his leg in the first round of districts at Covcath and the Indians upset the Bulldogs by 3.

 

Holmes had beaten HC by 13 during the regular season.

 

Holmes cut the lead to 5 midway through the 3rd qtr last night and then had back to back turnovers that helped HC push the lead back to 10 and it got out of hand from there.

 

I think HC is the better team but not 10+ points better. It will be a much different game when these two likely meet on a neutral floor. (I assume district aren't at HC)

 

Which they were very fortunate not to have to play that great CovCath in the 1st round of the district that year, because they were the 4th best team in the district that year IMO but that is a whole other debate. :D
