If you haven't done it before then yeah 10 minutes and it kicks your butt as long as you don't hang on to the handlebars. You have to use your arms to climb too. But what's the knock off version? I sandwiched 20 minutes on one tonight (they are Star Tracs) in between 50 minutes walking and it was a killer workout.
