November 22, 201510 yr Belgium is a mess, it's a failed state and a lot of issues when it comes to security. Per capita Belgium had more citizens traveling to Iraq and Syria than any other nation in the EU. Many places in Belgium are ghost towns tonight and their is a very serious threat of an attack and everyone is staying home. Most transportation including the subways are shut down.
