Is he a certified teacher? Be interesting if he could get in the building in any way.

I don't know the answer to that question. He was the Head Coach at Iroquois. The the rules different in Bullitt county from Jefferson? I would have to guess that he is not. My younger son played at DeSales while he was there and he was not a teacher, but the AD.

Reason I asked I thought that was a reason he left Desales (or excuse their admin gave) was he wasnt a certified teacher. Being AD wouldnt need that requirement.

In Bullitt County doesn't have to be a teacher to Coach, but I'd think you'd want him in building. Cant be AD because Barr isnt giving that up and hes still half day AD and teacher. Could take a $10 an hour job like being in school suspension, but surely he has better options than that.

I am the head coach at Iroquois and work with him at Iroquois. He is the AD and finished up his KTIP and Rank 2 last year, and was in an alternative route to certification before that. He has a certification in business now. He shows no intention of leaving his much higher paying job as AD, but stranger things have happened. If he chooses to go that route then he would be good for that program.

Thanks for the insight. That was kinda my thought as well, but interesting to know he is certified to teach if he wanted to pursue other opportunities.

I've heard good things regarding Sander! If coach Vincent steps down, there will be alot of interesting names thrown around, as there were when Vincent was hired!

I think at this point it is a matter of when not if . . .
