The four days was a long one. Great crowds and the KIAC Referee camp really came through. I would of loved to see a few of the Lexington teams come but it was a good weekend. Scott Co dominated every game they played. There was some surprises. June Buchanon and Hazard are going to be two very good teams. Doss has the potential and so does Fern Creek. Lincoln with a full team could of easilly been in the finals. South Laurel is a different team without Proffit but a very good one. They will be going for the state title in March. Southwestern showed at times they could be dangerous this year.

Anyone know the All-Tournament Team?

Mackey, Portwood, and Walls made it for Scott County

3 very good players

Shooter, do you know these guys numbers? I think Walls is #2.

No, but mackey is the athletic Kid, Walls is the thick kid that can score in bunches,, and Portwood is the long range bomber

Mackey is a 6'3" lankey wing player, Walls is a 6'2" south-paw semi-bulky point guard deliver bullitt passes, Portwood is a 6'4" kid that likes to slash and cut and pulls the boards. If Jordan Lee didn't play then the acting Chairman-of-the-Board was Portwood. Its summer play, so they may be using differing numbers than regular season.

DID THIS HELP?

Anyone know the All-Tournament Team?
Stepp,Cox and Collins from JBS, Campbell from Hazard.

Walls is #2

Mackey is #14

And I am not for sure but I think Portwood wore #30

Tate Cox was the second freshman to ever make the All Tournament team in this event. AAU Boys Varsity Tournament.
