So I read online that the ending to last night's hell in a cell PPV that it will lead to the traditional survivor series match between Team Taker and Team Wyatt. Should be interesting to see who the wyatts have as their 5th member and who joins Taker.

I thought traditional Survivor Series matches were 4 on 4? If that's the case, the Wyatt's won't need a 5th.

Orton has a dislocated shoulder. Will be out for some time. Happened at his home when taking out the trash.

The whole Survivor Series landscape has changed with the injury to Rollins.

 

I saw where WWE announced a tournament for the World Championship. Then I saw that they're tinkering with other ideas.

 

Roman Reigns is the easy choice, but I think bad for business at this point. Cena or Lesnar would make sense, that is, if they can be brought back. Daniel Bryan's doctor has cleared him, but the WWE doctors have not.

 

If they can't get Cena, Lesnar, or Bryan I'd like to see Dean Ambrose get a shot. He'd be a better champ than Reigns IMO.

I'm gonna say Strowman is one of them. I doubt Bray will be in it but will probably end up being involved some how

Their was talk of 2 survivor series matches, one with Brothers of Destruction and two mystery partners vs. The Wyatt's and another traditional SS match.

 

Now that Wyatt issued a tag team match with team members of the Wyatt's vs. BOD (which was accepted) it will be down to the one traditonal SS match.

So I'm wondering what matches we're going to see. Obviously, we have Undertaker & Kane vs. Wyatts.

 

Will only the Final round of the World Title tournament be on the card or the semis too?

 

What other matches?

 

Will New Day defend the Tag titles? Del Rio the US title? Owens?

 

Other than the two matches we know of, there doesn't seem to be much of anything else for a premier PPV.

 

What are your thoughts?

It seems they were beginning to build feuds between Del Rio and Swagger for the US Title and Owens vs Ambrose for the IC title before Rollins injury. My guess is they are still figuring out what to do with the rest of the card. Injuries to Rollins, Orton, Sting and with Cena off until December seems to have hand strung them for the time being. I thought Sting has a mystery partner for Undertaker and Kane was possible since early rumors were Sting vs Wyatt at Wrestlemania. Other rumors were The Rock vs Triple H. Cena vs Undertaker, and a triple threat Lesner, Rollins, Reigns for the title at Mania. News came out last week that The Rock would not be Wrestling at the show do to insurance contracts with a movie he is filming at that time. Now with Rollins out the ideas or Reigns vs Cena or Reigns vs Lesner for the title. Batista was contacted about working Mania as well. He begins filming Guardians of the Galaxy in January. Things change daily in the WWE.

I read that the semi-finals and finals of the tournament will take place at Survivor Series. so two wrestlers are having two matches.

Not for sure on any other thing as of yet tho. I suspect that their will be more title matches added to the show. Divas have to have the spotlight for about 15-20 minutes...Bathroom and eating break...
