Some guys and i where talkign about this at work and jsut wanted to see who everyone thinks the top closers are.

Well. How every you look at it.. Relief. Who comes in and gets it done.

I really dont think that many HS even use much of a reliever.

 

Even if someone came into relieve an important game i would bet that it would be another starting Pitcher.
