KY Co op was dead in the water from the start. They did a very poor job predicting the market.

 

Lucky for KY Aetna and United Health Care are entering the market giving some more options for 2016.

I don't know the answer to that. I believe they changed it this year didn't they? I'd assume they review it each year and make a decision based on cost and value.

Yes, after quite a few years it changed from Humana to Anthem BC&BS. Humana was fine, I was even willing to pay extra for the coverage I had. Not happy AT ALL with the decision to change to Anthem in 2015. I know my wallet sure isn't happy either.
