Both teams coming off bye weeks. Lexington Catholic has had good moments and bad moments throughout the season. Western Hills is much improved. How does this one go on Friday?

LexCath should win this one at home.

 

Defense playing well. Offense needs get back in gear. There are three good QBs on the squad - Legend Brumbraugh, Kirk Fagot and Andy Thomson. The Knights just need to the ball to big play makers - JJ Obugo, Donovan Morris and Andy Thompson - downfield. Also, mix up the running attack behind a seasoned line. Hopefully, Colin Carpenter is back on the line.

Across the board, Lex Catholic has the most talent. Like @Bluegrasscard mentioned, Knights just needs to go back to basic. Run Jones, short passes to Thompson, Morris and when the opposing D creeps up, go up top deep to JJ Ogbugo. Also if I may add, some of the play calling IMO have been awful. 3rd or 4th and short and they pass? run with a fullback and follow him. Ram Jones for those short yards.

Western Hills can't throw the ball effectively to keep Catholic from loading the box. I think you see a Western Hills team ready to play, but in the end Catholic will be to much.
