Sick people in this world.

 

Officers in the Dade County juvenile facility are being accused of offering food to other juvenile inmates if they deliver a beating to another juvenile.

 

A kid died recently and they suspect it was due to a food bounty.

No place for actions like that.

 

Kid may have been a punk that was constantly assaulting officers and being a minor they had no real recourse in dealing with him, but this, if it happened this way sure isn't the answer.

If what you posted in post 1 is true long prison sentences are in order.
