September 30, 201511 yr My girlfriend and I were on vacation in the Smokies a few years ago. We ordered take out from Almo Steakhouse and took it back to the cabin. I ordered a T bone that had to be close to 2 inches thick. When I cut into it, it had some pink in the center. Without taking a bite, I said to heck with this and put it in the refrigerator and proceeded to make myself a bologna sandwich, grabbed a couple extra pieces of light bread, can of vienna, bag of chips, and a Pepsi. I eat cheap and enjoy it.
