Was this game played tonight? If so, who won?

Just saw it on KHSAA. Estill shut out Hazard 6-0. That's pretty amazing. Hazard had only lost 3 games all year, and had given up just 5 runs in their last 15 games. But that proves how good Estill is this year. They played a very demanding schedule and it paid off. They made it to the state semi-finals last year. Good luck to the Lady Engineers....represent your new region well:thumb: Maybe they can go farther this year.

I was told today by an official from one of the 56th district schools that Estill has a very young team this year. If so, then they'll be a power to reckn with for quite a while.

I've seen Estill a few times this year, and the one thing that struck me is that they are a scrappy team and a good hitting team that doesn't get rattled — their experience in getting to the final four of the state last year is paying off at the right time. They'll be dangerous at J'Town, despite the fact that they won't be overlooked like they were last year.

Estill starts 2 seniors but have a good young bench. They also have their primary pitcher back who did not give up a run in the post season. Estill's combined post season scoring was 54 -0. Looks like the lady engineers are going to be pretty good for a awhile.

Estill seems like a really good team does anyone know there next game and how far do you all think they will go.
