I'm not sure what point you are trying to get across. I don't know the answer as to why sometimes God interferes in the affairs of the world and prevents things from happening, and other times He allows things to happen. I don't know if you're saying you believe in divine intervention or not. You're a hard person to read at times. You could be right. I simplified it and said the guy was lucky. He was. That's the only point I was trying to get across. I'll leave the "why" to everyone to think about.
